Express Entry candidates included in new Manitoba draw

A total of 530 invitations have been issued by the province of Manitoba for the provincial nomination to the Skilled Workers in Manitoba applicants and the Skilled Worker Overseas stream. The draw which was held on December 5 has issued around 317 invitations for the Skilled Worker Overseas stream applicants with 213 invitations for the Skilled Workers in Manitoba. The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has been the parent program for both the stream and it is allowing the Express Entry applicants to be nominated for the permanent residency status every year. The December 5 draw was also responsible to be issuing an unspecified number of the invitations to the applicants who are present in the Express Entry pool. It is the system which is managing the three economic federal streams of Canada which includes Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and the Canadian Experience Class. Express Entry is linked with the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program and it is also the part of the Skilled Workers Overseas Stream which is enabling it to nominate the Express Entry applicants for the permanent residency. The applicants who are granted with the provincial nomination are given 600 additional points towards their CRS ranking and that helps them to put their profile on the top position to be selected for the permanent residence of Canada. The Express Entry applicants who would be having a work experience of six months in the field of occupation which is included in the in-demand list of Manitoba. The applicants are required to make a profile for the Expression of Interest to be eligible for the pathway. The profile of the applicants are meant to be having the information regarding his/her education, work experience, language proficiency and other factors on the basis of which they would be given score and that would rank the applicants in the pool of candidates. The applicant who would have the highest rank would be selected to apply for the provincial nomination through the draws. The CRS score is as low as 596 for the Skilled Workers Overseas applicant in the recent December 5 draw. The score for the Foreign Workers was set to be 711 and the score for the Skilled Workers Manitoba stream was 375.
